By accessing or using VegaEstimating.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including homeowners, subcontractors, and general contractors.
VegaEstimating.ai provides AI-powered construction estimating tools including blueprint analysis, room detection, trade takeoffs, and proposal generation. Estimates produced by the Platform are AI-generated approximations and are not a substitute for professional engineering review, licensed contractor bids, or project-specific assessments.
All estimates, takeoffs, material quantities, and cost projections generated by the Platform are provided for informational purposes only. VegaEstimating.ai makes no warranty that estimates are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific project. Actual costs may vary significantly based on local labor rates, material pricing, site conditions, and contractor markup. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on Platform-generated estimates.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account, misrepresent your identity or role, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. VegaEstimating.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All Platform content, AI models, workflows, and software are the intellectual property of VegaEstimating.ai. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. Blueprints and files you upload remain your property; by uploading you grant VegaEstimating.ai a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of generating your estimates.
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods. VegaEstimating.ai reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VegaEstimating.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to project cost overruns, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
