This is a preliminary manual-input calculation, not a blueprint takeoff or construction bid. Roofing results do not cover ridge and starter products, flashing, underlayment, penetrations, labor or supplier-specific packaging. Excavation results exclude soil classification, overburden restrictions, haul-distance costs, weights, legal truck limits, disposal fees and actual fleet dispatch. Verify site conditions and supplier specifications.
